Job Summary: Assist in preparation of the Company's and its affiliates financial statements and related disclosures to fulfill various regulatory reporting requirements including, SEC reporting (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other SEC filings as needed), money transmitter, and government surveys Provide support for the quarterly earnings release process and the annual proxy statement filing Perform technical accounting research and prepare analyses and accounting whitepapers as needed, including complex areas such as stock-based compensation, goodwill and intangible asset impairment assessments/testing Participate in development and maintenance of the Company's accounting policies and Sarbanes-Oxley documentation Ensure internal controls are documented and operating to satisfy Sarbanes-Oxley requirements Reconcile general ledger accounts for certain corporate accounts. Work with internal and external auditors to provide necessary support and analysis for SOX and substantive audit procedures. Support others on the consolidation and reporting team as well as other corporate and regional accounting team members EssentialDuties and Responsibilities: Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include, but not limited to, ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security. Prepare regulatory reporting financial information. Ensures compliance with internal control requirements and Financial Policies. Provides accurate and timely audit information as requested. Performs other duties as assigned.MinimumRequirements Needed:. Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.. Public accounting experience.. Minimum 3 years related experience.. Certified Public Accountant. Proficient in usage of Excel and other MS Office applications.
