Our vision is to ensure we live up to Mr. Hammons standards of excellence by providing exceptional award winning facilities for each guest Job Purpose: To act as the sole Guest Service representative and manager on duty during night time hours. To ensure all revenue is posted to the correct department and to balance all revenue department on a daily basis, and complete all necessary reports.Job Responsibilities: Display good customer relation skills and take initiative to greet guests in a friendly manner. Accommodate hotel guests by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys or card. Perform bookkeeping activities, such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits. Post charges, such as those for rooms, food, liquor, or telephone calls, to ledgers, manually or by using computers. Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests. Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary. Prepare the Front Office for the upcoming shift and reset dayA?s business. Assist Security and enforcement officers in emergency situation. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure appearance is clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and travel directions, or make recommendations regarding shopping, dining, or entertainment. Other duties as assigned. Education Job Qualifications: Education HS Diploma or equivalent ExperienceCustomer Service A? Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
