As a Sr. Commercial Analystin Naples FL or Omaha NE, you too can help usdrive payments at the speed of change.Job Summary:TheCommercial Analyst will support the Revenue Management function primarily inmanaging the contract renewal and new bookings process covering pricing of financialand non-financial conditions of the ACI AOD-Platform portfolio currentlycomprised of biller and e-commerce solutions. This position will be responsible for reportingand financial analysis of upcoming commercial opportunities based on timing andtarget valuation / pricing. Throughpartnership with the sales and customer success teams, this role will also beresponsible for the governing of commercial sales opportunities to ensure theyare constructed in such a way as to realize the expected immediate and longterm value for the organization. EssentialDuties and Responsibilities: Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance of our business. Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize data, making recommendations for financial plans, commercial activity, future requirements, and operating forecasts, etc. Improve upon existing processes and create new commercial models for business use and executive evaluation. Examine contract terms and conditions, ensuring that any set rules are abided by and conform to business standards. Assist in determining relevant KPIs for the business Work with the business to ensure sales opportunities are constructed to realize maximum long-term value for the organization Identifies and resolves issues with opportunity proposals and contracts, that may erode long term value Communicates with internal stakeholders to ensure that the financial aspects and impacts of sales opportunities are clear to all internal stakeholders Provide risk assessment on commercial opportunities and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a sales situation Offering direction and instruction to ensure deals are constructed appropriately Applying innovative control methods that ensure the business consistently delivers the expected contract and revenue values. Analyses sales and other reports and provides insight into how the business can make adjustments to sales opportunities to improve performance Overseeing financial KPIs in regards to renewal reporting Identifying areas that are not in-keeping with ACIs renewal and pricing policies and practices Partners with the Sales and Customer Success teams, and works as a trusted adviser Support financial, sales and operations teams and give financial advice and/or recommendations to directors, managers and other executive Implement financial concepts for financial planning and control purposes.
