The Corporate Receptionist to greet and direct guests/visitors, answer incoming calls and direct visitors, accordingly. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, is business professional with excellent communication skills, and is able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Job Description The Receptionist will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. Receive courier deliveries. Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges). Monitor training rooms and meeting rooms’ calendars and schedule meetings/appointments if help is needed. Qualifications Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Professional appearance. Solid communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise. Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
