Receptionist/Director of First Impressions
Experience and Skills
This position is a front desk position: all candidates must be comfortable greeting customers and acting as the face of the company.
:Greet guests and answer phone lines
:Create reports, spreadsheets and presentations
:Must be detail:oriented and organized
:Support a sales team
:Possess the ability to multi:task
:Manage time effectively, prioritize and meet deadlines
:Order office supplies
:Vendor management
:Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (Testing is required prior to interview)
