SUMMARY Provide support and servicing to Omaha advisors; assist with office management including supply ordering, outside errands as needed, administrative duties as assigned. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Advisor Support Services . Provide high-level administrative support to Omaha advisors . Answer incoming telephone calls and provide prompt, professional direction to specific Omaha team member . Greet clients/visitors coming into office and promptly notify the specific Omaha team member(s) of the arrival . Set up for meetings as requested and tidy conference room after meeting conclusion . Preparation of monthly and quarterly WT board and marketing reports . Maintain and update Satuit database . Write monthly article for internal newsletter . Handle uploading of client documents to Client Point . Assist with special client events Administration . Handle travel arrangements, scheduling and correspondence for advisors . Function as the HR liaison for Omaha employees . Oversight of office equipment maintenance, supplies and employee requests or concerns . Work with outside vendors for pricing on office supplies, equipment or furniture as requested . Interact with building manager and building engineer as needed . Keep office/work area/storage area organized . Send records/documents to offsite storage annually, maintain list of documents currently in storage, request delivery of documents from storage as needed .
