This position will consult/analyze and deliver on more complex Business System Analysis assignments/projects regarding Enrollment Technology. S/he will act as a resource to applicable internal/external stakeholders. S/he will also consult and collaborate with business stakeholders to define and validate more complex information technology solutions that meet the needs, goals and objectives of building, testing and validating enrollment cases on electronic platforms.
:Build, test, and validate case builds on our internal enrollment platfrom, BenefitsXML (BXML/Steps2Enroll)
:Quality test and validate all cases end to end that are built on 3rd party electronic enrollment platforms
:Test and assist with the build out of Single Sign On (SSO) links
:Collaborates effectively with appropriate stakeholders on more complex issues and conflicts that impact time, cost, scope, quality and risk relating to enrollment technology.
:Consults and acts as a resource to appropriate internal/external stakeholders to assess and deliver proposed more complex technical solutions which meet business requirements which may integrate process, business rules and business data with technology.
:Collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to determine more complex technical specifications from business requirements.
:Determines and recommends the most appropriate technical response to identified more complex problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.
:Determines more complex IT best practices and suggests how to improve current practices.
:Develops more complex technical solution requirements for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
:Escalates more complex issues/conflicts to management as needed.
:May develop more complex test plans and perform testing as needed.
:May update tables as needed.
:Provides a more complex understanding the business usage of information technology (IT) and helping technology add value to the business.
:Provides more complex technical research and analysis to support business operations needs and presents findings to management or project leader.
:Serves as a mentor and shares knowledge with junior team members.
:Using structured requirements process, clearly articulates, documents and validates more complex technical requirements.
Education and Experience
:3 : 5+ Years experience in business systems analysis that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position(Required)
:0 : 1+ Years Review and analyze multiple complex data sources and document data elements, data flow, relationships and dependencies.(Required)
:0 : 1+ Years Develop and maintain data models and associated metadata to be forward engineered on the respective database platform.(Required)
:4 Year/Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors) in (Minimum Required)
