This position will perform and deliver on routine Business Analysis assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility. S/he will collaborate with business stakeholders to define and validate business solutions that meet the needs, goals and objectives for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
:Collaborates effectively with appropriate internal and/or external stakeholders on issues and conflicts that impact time, cost, scope, quality and risk of assigned standard projects.
:Collaborates with key internal and/or external stakeholders to elicit business issues, determine root cause(s), and capture business needs by leveraging and applying knowledge of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
:Coordinates with appropriate internal and/or external stakeholders to assess and ensure solutions meet business needs
:Determines best practices and suggests how to improve current practices.
:Determines or seeks help to determine the most appropriate response to identified problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.
:Develops business requirements for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
:Facilitates changes to the organization through the analysis, design, and implementation of the business processes that achieve business objectives.
:May provide testing support as needed.
:Provides research and analysis to support business operations and presents findings to management or project leader.
:Using structured requirements process, clearly articulates, documents and validates business requirements.
:Validates that the solution meets the business need by developing acceptance criteria and a plan to evaluate.
Education and Experience
:1 : 3+ Years experience in business analysis that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position(Required)
:4 Year/Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors) in Business or Information Technology (Minimum Required)
