Covenant Care is seeking an Executive Director who is responsible for leading and managing the facility and utilizing available resources to provide quality, caring services to all residents and patients, and achieve desired clinical and financial results. KEY JOB DUTIES:Achieve company and facility clinical indicatorsAchieve facility goals for annual state surveyEnsure nursing programs are provided for the facilityMeet/exceed facility Revenue and budgetMeet/Exceed billing/collections goalsMeet/exceed facility census goals through effective marketingDevelop and supervise all department heads to ensure that they develop and execute, quarterly business and performance plans to achieve department business goalsEffectively facilitates the Business Leadership Teamto desired results or develops plan of action when improvement is neededAchieves identified goals for annual state surveyExperience must include a minimum five (5) to seven (7) years in a supervisory capacity within a hospital or long:term care facility.Must possess current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrators license or meet the licensure requirements in the working State.Bachelors Degree required. Must be licensed in accordance with state and federal laws.Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language clearly.Public Health Administration or Business Administration, or a health related degree is preferred, but not required.
