Reporting and Analysis
:Prepares, analyzes and reports on broker bonus payments on a monthly and/or annual basis.
:Collects, compiles and evaluates financial information to develop and deliver standard and ad:hoc financial analysis.
:Performs and delivers on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of broker bonus.
:Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assess the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
:Provides and creates reporting enhancements for the Commission Team through advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, and Business Objects tools/database usage.
:Enterprets data and develops solutions
Business Consulting and Delivery
:Provides support to team members in the preparation and delivery of information for the broker bonus function.
:Communicates to management on recognized trends of issues/concerns.
:Identifies and communicates to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality for the broker bonus and commissions area.
:Promotes and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within the organization.
:Provide broker bonus subject matter expertise for Strategic or baseline level projects.
:4 Year/Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (4 yrs of experience in lieu of Bachelors)
:1 : 3 years' experience in financial analysis, research or reporting that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.
:Advanced user in Excel highly preferred
:Strong reporting background desired
:SQL reporting experience preferred
:A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
:Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions
:Drives performance targets to completion
