The GoodHire Director of Sales will provide leadership and mentorship for a team of successful GoodHire Sales Representatives. As a player / coach, the Director of Sales will support team members, manage their pipeline, prioritize activities, uplevel their selling acumen and knowledge of our best of breed product, and help to exceed their sales targets. This role is a hands-on sales role that will join forces with our leadership team and work closely with other sales and marketing teams to drive revenue for the company.
