This new role requires someone who loves to build new capabilities and solve the challenges that accompany high growth organizations, across hundreds of millions of dollars of annual sales. Youre passionate about inventory assortment quality, profitability, and efficiency. Youre excited about e:commerce and youre dedicated to the customer. In this role you will:

:Manage and improve inventory turns in an environment of high SKU growth, increasing warehouse space, profit growth, and high sales growth.
:Establish processes, tools, and systems to evaluate and improve SKU performance..
:Develop a process and metrics for reducing slow:moving and obsolete inventory.
:Influence teams to establish and update accurate inventory forecasts and projections.
:Partner with internal functions to ensure inventory is optimized across the company.

The company is located near Omaha, Nebraska. Relocation provided. Competitive salary, company stock awards, high quality of life, and lower cost of living make this a truly unique opportunity. Occasional travel. Annual base salary range of 78,000:118,000 depending on experience.
5+ years of inventory management, inventory planning,
distribution/logistics, and leadership of at least 2 direct reports required.
