Locally owned, we are involved with project work locally, nationally, and internationally. Our specialty areas include: Food and Pet Food, Renewable Energy, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Parcel.
EAD Management Services is seeking a Recruiter to be responsible for full life:cycle recruitment and to assist as needed with engagement activities and wellness. The position will report to the Director of Corporate Development.
Responsibilities
:Conduct full lifecycle recruitment for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees
:Review job requisitions with EAD Hiring Managers and job post openings to websites
:Proactively use Social Media and networking to recruit passive candidates to create a recruitment pipeline
:Act as a professional representative of EAD at all career fairs
:Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems
:Maintain records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations
:Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
:Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to affect continual improvements in efficiency of services performed
:Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of Deltek Talent and other Human Resources Information Systems applicable to the department
:Assist in development and implementation of EAD policies and procedures as related to recruiting and onboarding
:Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
:Act as back:up to EAD Human Resources staff when required for:
:New hire pre:employment paperwork and orientation
:Benefits administration including new employee enrollment, open enrollment and communicating benefit information to employees
:Employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing
:Adhere to all EADs safety standards and practices
:Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
:Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business with an HR focus preferred; or a combination of education and related experience in Human Resources
:Five years of progressive experience in Human Resources
:Certification in Human Resources is preferred
:Experience with Deltek Talent (formerly HRsmart Applicant Tracking Solution) is highly desirable
:Experience in HRIS implementation, optimization and reporting is highly desirable
:Ability to cope with sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
:Effective problem solving, follow through and organizational skills
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
:Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, manage competing demands and handle unexpected interruptions while developing action plans to utilize time efficiently
:Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work to ensure quality
:Ability to multi:task while maintaining careful attention to detail
:Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment
:Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities
:Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Outlook
:Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
:Possess and maintain a valid drivers license

Working Conditions:
:Office environment
:Ability to sit and work at computer for an extended period of time
:Periodic weekend or evening work as needed
:Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
