Implementation Managers are responsible for leading, developing and executing business plans and operational procedures to bring on new customer accounts, new business for existing customers, and/or major software initiatives that support our customers, vendors and associates. Leads large:scale customer:facing projects involving cross:team collaboration with critical deadlines. Most projects and/or startups have extended timelines, sometimes lasting months. Duties also include award analysis and vaildation, as well as leading projects to drive continuous process improvements. Supports the Sales Operations Manager and other business owners on projects as needed. Articulates to the Manager with an end result expectation, which clearly defines when the project is complete.Defines the components and resources that they will need to complete the project.Develops a timeline that states start and finish dates.Facilitates and/or does the work that needs to be completed, according to the timeline.Update the Business Owner and Implementation Director regularly on the progress of the project.Project Management duties as assigned by supervisor personnel.Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.Five or more years transportation experience required.Five or more years customer service experience required.Three or more years personnel management experience required.Three or more years of Business Analytics preferred.Knowledge of Salesforce, AS400 and Microsoft Office.
