The Role
This role will manage implementation projects for leave administration and absence management services. S/he will utilize project management skills and methods to ensure new client implementation remains on target and results in a positive implementation experience for the client. This role will also provide detailed information to sales associates, brokers, and client group administrators regarding the products and processes required for a smooth transition while ensuring absence compliance.
:Acts as the primary client contact; manages all communication and timelines with internal/external parties to set expectations
:Advises client on eligibility file data and business impacts and/or system limitations when data are missing or misformatted
:Advises clients on industry norms and trends of previous clients
:Collaborates with internal areas and external parties on the clients behalf to provide flexible solutions to meet client special requests and needs, while ensuring absence compliance
:Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure clients configure data per file specifications and accurately reflect agreed design and options
:Collects, compares and reviews various documents, agreements, and other materials from various internal and external parties to verify accuracy; liaises with appropriate parties to resolve any discrepancies
:Communicates requirements of the clients leave administration program to the Absence Configuration Analyst to accurately configure the leave administration system
:Coordinates approvals and change management with client and other parties to ensure full execution of the leave management agreement prior to go:live
:Coordinates with client, broker, and group administrator to ensure readiness for implementation, advises on time and resources required for each implementation phase
:Creates call agendas; documents issues, actions and decisions from meetings; publishes meeting minutes
:Delivers client training on all aspects of absence management services and processes
:Engages internal stakeholders to ensure client is well:positioned to conduct inforce policy administration; also ensures effective knowledgeable transfer of any special handling or active issues
:Ensures a smooth transition post:close of implementation; provides support for at least 30 days post effective date
:Leads calls and meetings with all appropriate internal/external stakeholders; documents client requirements and reports on project progress
:Leads discussions to gather client requirements to ensure accurate and timely client completion of the leave administration program guide
:Manages all documents/artifacts created during implementation; archives final documents in appropriate systems post:implementation
:Project manages implementation and coordinates LFG and client resources to ensure implementation steps are completed on target
Education and Experience
:1 : 3+ Years experience in project management or similar experience directly related to the specific responsibilities of this role(Required)
:4 Year/Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors) in (Minimum Required)
