Restaurant General Manager
No Late Nights : over 100,000 bonus potential
In the past 20+ years, weve grown into a well:known, casual dining concept in the area that has people coming back for more. Our menu features several delicious from:scratch meals, ranging from steaks and ribs to salads and healthy:living options. We also offer our mouthwatering entrees for catering events, from reunions, lunches, wedding receptions, tailgate parties, and more We even provide everything (utensils, plates, etc.) to get the party started. For our Managers, we offer outstanding quality of life; we have no late night or early morning hours and our Managers average about 45:50 hours a week.
Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will have the responsibility for managing the daily operations and delivery of the customer promise, specified restaurant outcomes (sales, profitability, guest counts and Team Member engagement). Important responsibility areas include: financial controls, operations, guest satisfaction, people development and compliance. The Restaurant General Manager in this position will be in charge of the restaurants P and L performance, will analyze monthly operating statements and determine causes of variances, and manage operational expenses to maximize profit potential.

:Minimum of 3+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high volume (over 2m per year in sales) Full Service concept
:A stable work history : no more than two jobs in the previous five years
:Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
:Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
:Hands:on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
:Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
:Must be proficient with financials (P and Ls, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
